If a player enables settings on the PC that an Xbox can’t handle and Cloud syncs (most notably “GRAPHICS” within Options), the Xbox will not be able to run Dark Alliance when the player uses the same account.
To address this, log into the account and launch the Windows version of Dark Alliance. From within the title, go to “Options” and select “GRAPHICS”. From within this section, ensure the following items have these settings:

|Overall Quality Setting||Low|
Save the settings and exit the Windows version of Dark Alliance. Log into the account and launch Dark Alliance on an Xbox. The title should now launch and run properly.
